The Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX) Community Operations Specialist will conduct work that enhances the global presence of ACX, our creator marketplace that connects rightsholders with performers and producers to create their audiobooks. The ACX Community Relations team works with internal stakeholders as well as the indie creator community to enhance existing and create new policies and programs that serve the ACX community. You are a fast learner who will master the intricacies of ACX's operations while simultaneously serving as a business partner to members of the creative community. You are passionate about working with creators and have a solid understanding of their needs. You thrive in a highly entrepreneurial, fast-changing, and collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, and not afraid to take risks. • Coordinate and provide support for tasks, projects, and meetings for the ACX Creator & Community Relations team, particularly related to Fraud prevention, Royalties questions, and other escalations, • Maintain policy documentation and support various programs that support the ACX community, • Learn and leverage new tools including AI-powered platforms to manage data and list creation for email campaigns sent to our ACX community, • Analyze and leverage data including royalty statements and emerging compensation models to drive and inform critical business decisions, • Act as a trusted voice of the ACX community to our leaders in Product, Risk Management, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other internal Audible teams, • Apply strategic thinking to navigate complex fraud scenarios, collaborating with Risk Management and Legal teams to protect the ACX ecosystem, • Draft policy language, communications, and program verbiage with sensitivity to legal nuance and brand voice, • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage projects and competing priorities, • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a high-energy, rapidly evolving organization, • Up to date with emerging trends on social; passionate about building online communities, • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills, • Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and strong skills in PowerPoint, • Comfort with AI-powered tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies, • Ability to think strategically and synthesize complex information across legal, financial, and operational domains, • Broad awareness of popular culture across media types, • A positive attitude and sense of empathy, • Passionate about books, audiobooks, and indie publishing, • Strong familiarity with ACX, our creators, and our community, • Bilingual is a plus, • College degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar field required, • 1 years of experience in working with data, analytics, and AI systems/tools, preferably within audio, television, film, music, or other comparable area, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans, • 401k Retirement Fund This client is a global leader in the spoken-word entertainment and audiobooks industry, serving members across 180 countries with content in 50 languages.
