TIGRIS Aquatic Services is seeking a high-caliber operational executive to join our team as Vice President, Northeast Region. This is a critical leadership role with full P&L responsibility for a $10M+ and rapidly expanding region, encompassing multi-site field service operations across the Northeast. You will drive operational excellence, lead integration efforts for acquired businesses, and play a key role in scaling a platform backed by institutional capital. As VP, you will be responsible for executing against strategic growth objectives, optimizing workforce and material efficiency, and embedding core business systems (such as MobiWork) to drive transparency, accountability, and scalability across the region. You will lead and develop high-performing field and branch teams, while fostering a culture of safety, executional rigor, and customer satisfaction. While sales teams report through a centralized commercial organization, you will partner closely with sales leadership to ensure growth execution, customer retention, and market expansion. This role is central to value creation at TIGRIS—and ideal for a builder who thrives in fast-paced, field-intensive, private equity-backed environments. For the right leader, this role offers a clear path to broader executive responsibility within TIGRIS, including the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer (COO) or platform-wide leadership position. As TIGRIS continues to grow organically and through acquisitions, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope, shape platform strategy, and play a key role in national operations leadership. Requirements: LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT • Own Regional Execution – Oversee all field operations across the Northeast Region, ensuring elite standards of service delivery, safety, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while aligning with TIGRIS’s platform-wide objectives., • Build High-Performance Teams – Lead, mentor, and scale a team of operations managers and field personnel. Foster a results-driven culture centered on accountability, continuous improvement, and leadership development., • Drive Operational Discipline – Ensure rigorous adherence to company policies, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. Identify and execute initiatives that unlock operational leverage and long-term value., • Optimize Resource Allocation – Manage labor planning, equipment utilization, and workflow execution to maximize productivity and ensure scalable operations in support of aggressive growth targets., • Scale Core Business Systems – Lead the regional implementation and optimization of MobiWork, TIGRIS’s field service management platform. Ensure deep adoption across work order management, procurement, CRM, and field execution., • Digital Enablement – Train and empower teams to fully leverage technology in driving workflow automation, real-time visibility, and data-driven decision-making., • Enable Scalable Growth – Act as the operations counterpart to sales leadership, ensuring operational readiness aligns with aggressive growth targets, new contract onboarding, and regional market expansion., • Drive Revenue Enablement – Collaborate with sales to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention. Ensure operations can consistently deliver at the pace of sales., • P&L Ownership – Take full ownership of the regional P&L, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance with a focus on profitability, cash flow, and cost control., • Value Creation Focus – Identify high-impact opportunities to unlock operational efficiencies, reduce overhead, and improve EBITDA—all aligned with TIGRIS’s private equity growth thesis., • Lead M&A Integration – Spearhead the operational integration of newly acquired companies in the Northeast region, aligning people, systems, and processes to TIGRIS’s standards. Ensure a seamless employee and customer transition., • Accelerate Post-Close Value Capture – Execute integration playbooks with speed and precision, realizing synergies and performance uplift within the first 90-180 days post-close., • Champion Safety & Sustainability – Uphold TIGRIS’s strong culture of safety and environmental stewardship, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company protocols., • Culture Carrier – Build and sustain a high-performance, values-driven culture rooted in teamwork, operational excellence, and pride in mission., • Talent Stewardship – Model and promote TIGRIS’s values, developing future leaders and fostering retention across all levels of the regional organization.
