Job Description The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry that has an opening for Associate Quality Control Laboratory Technologist in Mountain Lakes, NJ! Position Summary: The Associate Quality Control Laboratory Technologist is responsible for performing analytical testing to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. This role supports routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality and safety standards. Ideal for candidates with strong laboratory skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of GMP/GLP practices. Additional Details: Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension Pay range: $20 to $ 25/hour on W2 Key Responsibilities: • Adhere to company policies, safety, and regulatory requirements., • Perform qualification and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished product samples., • Conduct specimen handling, testing, result reporting, and record maintenance., • Interpret test results accurately and identify deviations from quality specifications., • Document QC activities, calibrations, maintenance, and equipment verifications., • Follow established procedures when test systems fall outside acceptable limits., • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality-related issues., • Complete other assigned duties as needed.Skills & Qualifications:, • Hands-on experience with ELISA, IFT, Blot, and other Microbiology & Immunology techniques., • Previous experience in a QC laboratory within a manufacturing environment., • Knowledge of QA principles, GMP/GLP, and regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO)., • Excellent organization, communication, and teamwork skills., • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision., • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint., • Manual dexterity to operate lab instruments; ability to stand or sit for extended periods.Education & Experience:, • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or a related field., • 2 years of laboratory experience preferred; QC experience a plus., • Pattern reading skills beneficial. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
