Work involves interpreting documents, running waves, rack notify and stock notify, picking, out sorting, packing, and aged order clean up. Works under direction with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Utilizes and directs team resources toward specific goals and objectives. YOU WILL: • Monitorwork flowand system functions, recommend or employ solutions whereappropriate., • Perform coaching, mentoring, and motivating functionsin order toimprove team performance. Develop and transfer performance skills to the assignedteam, andseek opportunities for improvement throughout the organization., • Assistteam members inidentifyingareas for development andassistthem inestablishingskill development plans., • Participate in development and implementation of operating procedures., • The ability to work with others in a team environment, the ability to take direction from Supervisors, the ability to follow work rules and procedures, and the ability to accept constructive criticism., • Must be able to lead and manage others effectively., • Maintain safe operating practices., • Functional reading,writing and math., • Graduation from high school or equivalent., • Education and experience may be substituted for one another., • PC literacy., • Written and verbal communication/instruction skills, • Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills., • Innovative ideas followed by clear planning and implementation., • A flexible attitude., • Self-motivation and a determination to succeed., • The ability to meet deadlines., • The ability to work overtime as required., • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment., • The ability to work with a team., • The ability to lift products of up to 50 lbs CarParts.com is an equal-opportunity employer.
