Bilingual Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager Job Summary: The Bilingual Warehouse & Inventory Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, inventory control systems, and production support activities. This role leads warehouse teams, manages inventory accuracy and logistics operations, and drives continuous improvement in warehouse systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production crews, implementing warehouse management systems, and optimizing operational workflows to support manufacturing and distribution objectives. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution activities, • Lead and supervise warehouse staff and production crews, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, • Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, workflow design, and processing methods, • Coordinate warehouse workflow to maximize productivity, meet customer service standards, and support production schedules, • Oversee logistics coordination for transporting products to customers and company facilities, ensuring efficient delivery operations, • Ensure inventory accuracy across all product lines with the highest degree of precision and accountability, • Conduct and oversee regular cycle counts, stock audits, physical inventories, and full inventory reconciliations, • Lead root cause analysis to identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies and systemic issues, • Maintain accurate and timely inventory records in warehouse management systems (WMS), • Generate, analyze, and present reports on inventory levels, variances, trends, accuracy metrics, and operational KPIs, • Design, implement, and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software, • Lead system enhancement projects to improve tracking, reporting, and operational visibility, • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to integrate warehouse systems with ERP platforms and production systems, • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and best practices for warehouse and inventory operations, • Coordinate with procurement, planning, and operations teams to align inventory levels with production needs, • Work closely with production teams to ensure materials availability, support manufacturing schedules, and minimize downtime, • Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain product integrity and ensure compliance with quality standards, • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and OSHA regulations, • Establish and enforce safety standards, procedures, and best practices across all warehouse operations, • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and coordinate preventive and general maintenance, • Ensure compliance with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System and regulatory standards Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma required, • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience leading production crews and warehouse teams, • Bilingual in Spanish required, • Results oriented operational leader, • Proven experience implementing or optimizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software, • Hands-on expertise with cycle counting, inventory audits, discrepancy resolution, and loss prevention, • Strong understanding of warehouse operations in manufacturing or distribution environments, • Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational processes and systems, • Strong leadership and team development skills with ability to motivate and manage diverse teams, • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field, • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification, • Experience in high-volume manufacturing or distribution operations, • Knowledge of import/export logistics and 3PL coordination
