Job DescriptionBenefits: • Dental insurance, • Employee discounts, • Flexible schedule, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Overcome objections during the sales process and increase the membership base., • Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams of employees, including massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk associates., • Oversee front desk operations and all activities related to sales., • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding customer service by provided a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service., • Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accounting at Point of Sale registers., • Assist in training new team members and continually evaluate and react to performance issues., • Ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction, address customer dissatisfaction, resolve service complaints., • Ability to work independently as a key holder, opening and closing the store, managing inventory, cash drawer, etc., • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times., • Provide training, and foster a positive work environment., • Assess employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity., • Drive sales through strategic leadership, tracking, and reporting., • Maintain compliance with all Hand & Stone policies and procedures in addition to the local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Requirements:, • Proven experience in leadership, with the ability to drive results through a team., • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills., • Time management and organizational skills., • Passionate about the spa industry and committed to delivering the highest quality of service., • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement.All Hand & Stone employees must have a professional and friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and flexible work hours, including nights and weekends.
