This role combines front-office responsibilities (greeting guests, routing calls, handling paperwork) with hands-on marketing tasks such as updating websites, creating campaigns, and coordinating events. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, resourceful, and detail-oriented — a professional who thrives on variety, can anticipate needs, and takes initiative. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls; present a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor, • Manage office workflows, shared inboxes, and supply orders, • Scan, track, and route invoices and maintain accurate reporting logs, • Support executives with scheduling and administrative projects Marketing • Update company website content, design flyers, and create marketing materials, • Execute email campaigns using Constant Contact or similar platforms, • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry events, • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and on brand, • Contribute to content creation and branding initiatives with a creative eye Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role, • Proficiency in Constant Contact (or similar email marketing software), • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual), • Experience supporting trade shows, events, or campaigns, • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic office setting, • Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented Preferred • Exposure to small-to-mid-sized company environments where flexibility is key, • Background in B2B marketing or product marketing
