Your role As a Mechanical Assembler, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. Your expertise and dedication are essential in assembling our engineered to order core compressors according to detailed specifications and schedules. By joining our team, you will contribute to our commitment to excellence and help us deliver outstanding results to our customers.You will report to the Core Manufacturing Supervisor. You will \n • Operate common hand tools, pneumatic tools, elecrical hand tools, cranes, and fork trucks to manufacture products according to production specifications and work instructions, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. \n, • Perform mechanical assembly of components.\n, • Install and connect eletrical boxes. \n, • Assemble instrument tubing and instrument wiring.\n, • Conduct hydrostatic testing to ensure system integrity. \n, • Assist with IGV (Inlet Guide Vane) assembly and set up. \n, • Participate in cross-training across multiple manuafcturing functions to enhance team flexability and efficiency. \n, • You have HS diploma or equivalent. \n, • You have at least one year in the elctrical or mechanical field or equivalent work experience. \n, • You can read mechanical and electrical drawings.\n, • You have a strong aptitude for mechanical tasks. \nIn return, we offer \n, • \nA Collaborative Culture: Join a self-directed, cross-functional team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and shared success in a dynamic manufacturing setting. \n, • \nProfessional Growth: Get hands-on experience with tools, machines, and new technology.
