About the Role As our Marketing, Content & Community Lead, you’ll shape how the world experiences Carefam—from the stories we tell to the communities we build. You’ll lead marketing initiatives across product, content, and community to drive awareness, trust, and engagement among both sides of our marketplace: healthcare facilities and clinicians. This is a rare opportunity to blend brand building, storytelling, and growth execution in a mission-driven startup scaling fast. What You’ll Do🎯 Marketing • Lead product marketing for new features, launches, and product updates—positioning Carefam with clarity and authority., • Create sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, etc.) that help our sales team win with hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities., • Maintain and evolve our brand identity and online presence across web, social, and digital channels., • Measure and iterate—using analytics to understand what drives engagement and conversions.✍️ Content, • Own and grow our Carefam Blog—producing high-quality content for healthcare professionals and hiring teams., • Create engaging, shareable content for our 50K+ nurse community—posts, newsletters, campaigns, and interviews that inspire, educate, and celebrate., • Develop thought leadership for healthcare recruiters, staffing leaders, and HR professionals—white papers, case studies, and opinion pieces that position Carefam as a category leader., • Partner with internal experts and the CEO to turn data and insights into compelling narratives.🤝 Community, • Design and manage community experiences for both clinicians and healthcare recruiters—from online discussions to live events and virtual meetups., • Develop engagement programs that drive loyalty, advocacy, and word-of-mouth growth., • Experiment with new formats (video, podcast, LinkedIn Live, etc.) to connect and grow the Carefam ecosystem.Who You Are, • Creative storyteller. You can make complex ideas simple, human, and emotionally resonant., • Strategic marketer. You know how to connect brand with business impact., • Community builder. You love bringing people together and finding creative ways to engage them., • Strong communicator. You write beautifully, edit sharply, and know how to adapt tone for different audiences., • Hands-on executor. You roll up your sleeves and make things happen—whether it’s designing a landing page, launching a campaign, or writing a blog post., • Curious learner. You stay current on marketing trends, healthcare conversations, and creator culture.Qualifications, • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, content, or community (preferably in startups or B2B2C platforms)., • Strong writing and storytelling skills; portfolio of prior work (articles, campaigns, social, etc.) encouraged., • Comfort working cross-functionally with design, product, and sales., • Experience with healthcare, HR tech, or marketplaces is a strong plus., • Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Webflow, LinkedIn, etc.)., • Authorized to work in the U.S.Why Join Us, • High visibility & impact.
