Position Overview We are seeking a Field Manager (Portfolio Property Manager) to support day-to-day building operations through consistent on-site presence. This role is responsible for conducting in-person property visits, verifying active work, and reporting progress to Property Management and Compliance teams. The Field Manager will oversee a portfolio of approximately 1,250 multifamily units across 20 buildings located in the Bronx and Queens. This is a highly field-based role, with approximately 95% of time spent on-site rather than in an office setting. This position plays a critical role in documenting site conditions, capturing photo evidence, and maintaining accurate records to support violation clearance, repair follow-through, and life-safety oversight. Job Description The Position Reporting to the EVP of Growth & Partnerships, this leader will help lead the development of CNBC’s direct-to-consumer products, helping develop and implement the strategic vision of our subscription business, this includes building and connecting with non-linear audiences.
