What Success Looks Like (first 90–180 days) * Access & growth: Timely new-patient availability and a right-sized follow-up cadence that supports continuity and demand. * Clinical excellence: Evidence-based pathways for prenatal and GYN conditions with strong outcomes and low avoidable ED use. * Throughput without burnout: Efficient rooming, scribing/scanning support, and smart templates to sustain quality at volume. * Clean charts, clean claims: Accurate coding, problem-list hygiene, and closed encounters to support on-time revenue. Qualifications * MD/DO, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in OB/GYN (ABOG). * Active or eligible New York medical license; DEA & CSR. * Comfortable with common office procedures (training available if expanding scope). * Team-first mindset; experience in community, academic, or high-volume ambulatory settings a plus. * eClinicalWorks experience preferred (or strong EMR agility).
