Job DescriptionBenefits: • Opportunity for advancement, • Training & development Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the STRTP program, ensuring compliance with Title 22, Title 17, CCR, and STRTP regulations, • Ensure licensing, certification, and contract requirements are maintained at all times, • Supervise program management staff, including clinical, case management, and direct care leadership, • Develop, implement, and enforce program policies, procedures, and SOPs, • Coordinate with county placing agencies, probation departments, and external stakeholders, • Monitor program quality, outcomes, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts, • Ensure staff training, credentialing, and performance evaluations are completed timely, • Oversee incident reporting, corrective action plans, and regulatory audits/inspections, • Manage program budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation, • Promote a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment for residentsMinimum Qualifications, • Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field, • Minimum 24 years of leadership or administrative experience in an STRTP, group home, residential treatment facility, or child welfare setting, • Demonstrated knowledge of STRTP regulations, CDSS licensing requirements, • Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience serving as an STRTP Administrator or Program Director, • Ability to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance, • Valid California drivers license and clean driving record, • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
