Position Details • Full-time and part-time opportunities available, • 2026–2027 school year assignments, • Openings across elementary, middle, and high school settings, • Opportunities may include:, • One-on-one student support, • Classroom paraprofessional support, • Behavioral intervention support, • Autism support programs, • Special education classroom assistance, • Caseloads and student needs may vary depending on assignment, • Pay $22-24 Based on Experience and Caseload Responsibilities • Provide direct support to students throughout the school day, • Assist with classroom instruction and student engagement, • Support implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), • Help students with transitions, routines, and classroom participation, • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers, • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within the school setting, • Support positive behavior strategies and emotional regulation, • Promote a safe and structured learning environment Requirements • High school diploma or GED required, • Previous experience working with children or behavioral support preferred, • Experience in school, ABA, or special education settings preferred, • Strong communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to remain calm and supportive in challenging situations, • Ability to work effectively within educational teams, • RBT certification preferred for Behavior Technician assignments, but not required for all openings Benefits Through ProCare Therapy • Competitive weekly compensation, • Health, dental, and vision insurance options, • 401(k) with company matching, • Weekly direct deposit, • Dedicated recruiter support throughout assignment, • Professional development opportunities, • Flexible placement opportunities based on experience and preference Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
