Job Description The AP Clerk is responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders and delivery tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure vendors are paid on time. Key Responsibilities: • Review and sort incoming invoices from the AP inbox., • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery tickets., • Enter invoices into Sage and ensure accurate coding., • Scan, upload, and file invoices to maintain audit-ready records.
