Responsibilities * Guide students (Pre-K to high school) through math and reading worksheets * Grade work accurately and track student progress * Prepare/organize class materials and homework packets * Assist with center events, testing days, or parent conferences * Support early learners with basic reading, counting, and motor-skills activities * Maintain a calm, organized classroom environment * Assist with student check-in and general parent communication Qualifications * Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields * Strong math and reading skills (will complete Kumon assessments) * Enjoy working with children * High attention to detail * Ability to multi- task with efficiency a must. * Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable * Excellent customer service. * Teaching certification is not required. * Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits * Flexible part-time schedule * Paid training * Positive, rewarding work environment To Apply: Please send your resume and a short note about your interest in the position.
