Job DescriptionKey Personnel is seeking a Personal Banker for a banking institution in the Broken Arrow, OK area. Personal Banker Pay: $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience Personal Banker Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Personal Banker Responsibilities: • Promote, explain, and process deposit products and services, including checking accounts, savings accounts, time deposits, and debit cards, • Open, close, and maintain customer deposit accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking procedures, • Promote, explain, and process cash management products and services including online banking, ACH services, wires, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, business bill pay, sweeps (ZBA), and merchant services, • Assist customers with account inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution in a professional and timely manner, • Identify customer financial needs and refer products and services accordingly, • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of customer account information at all times, • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service, • Maintain and project the bank’s professional reputation through positive customer interactions, • Support team members and assist with additional operational duties as needed, • Perform additional duties and special projects as assignedPersonal Banker Requirements:, • Minimum of three years of New Accounts experience required, • Knowledge of banking products, services, and cash management solutions required, • Current Notary certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification at the bank’s expense, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel, • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, • Friendly, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor, • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environmentPhysical Requirements:, • Ability to sit for extended periods of time, • Frequent typing and repetitive hand motions, • Ability to perform general office and administrative tasks throughout the workdayKey Personnel Benefits: While on Key Personnel’s payroll, you can access Key’s benefits package, including health, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, term life, short-term disability, PTO, and more!
