Job Description The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Therapist role is to support the CREOKS Grove program for the Tulsa Metro (Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Catoosa, Sapulpa clinics). This therapist will be working across the lifespan with children, adults, and families of persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to include Neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, OCD). Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for providing clinical services relating to intake, screening, referral and psychotherapy to children and adults in the home, school and clinic setting., • Group, Individual and family counseling activities as assigned by Supervisor., • Community consultation and community education services., • Represent CREOKS to regional IDD programs, school systems, and community with the utmost professional manner., • Provide assessments as requested and qualified by Supervisor., • Collaborate with the Director of Developmental Disability Services in realizing the strategic and regional objectives for the Grove program., • Maintain the clinical records system in accordance with ODMHSAS, OHCA, and CREOKS policies and procedures., • Participate in Treatment Team Meetings., • Attend and regularly present cases in case conference., • Read and be knowledgeable of all current policies and procedures of the agency., • Maintain a full case load as assigned and provide direct services to client (F/T)., • Maintain daily billing average as assigned by Supervisor. m. Turn in direct care billing and associated documentation on a daily basis., • Scheduling will be managed by Supervisor., • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related degree., • Possess a valid Oklahoma license or license eligible to practice psychotherapy., • Basic knowledge and understanding of treatment modalities, i.e. individual, group, family and applicable clinical skills, especially for IDD/Neurodiverse conditions., • Experience working with persons with IDD/Neurodiverse conditions as well as mental health and substance use disorders., • Core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders., • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team., • Conceptual awareness of how and where community mental health services interface with allied medical and human services organizational activities., • Complete ASI and ASAM training certification within 120 days of hire.Company DescriptionCREOKS Health Services is a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health, wellness, and social services.
