Job Description Data Entry Clerk (Onsite) Location: Spokane, WA (100% onsite) Schedule: Full‑time, onsite, 2 month contract We’re looking for a detail‑obsessed Data Entry Clerk to process large volumes of information with speed and accuracy. You’ll work onsite in Spokane, collaborating with customer service and operations teams to ensure clean, reliable data in Excel‑based trackers and internal systems. What you’ll do * Perform high‑volume data entry (text and numeric) with a focus on accuracy and completeness. * Update, validate, and maintain records across spreadsheets, databases, and line‑of‑business apps. * Use Microsoft Excel to clean, format, sort/filter, and reconcile datasets; create basic formulas (SUM/AVERAGE), use VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables to QA and summarize data. * Follow data quality standards and confidentiality policies, document processes and update SOPs. What you’ll bring * Experience: 2+ years in high‑volume data entry and frontline customer service (call center, banking, healthcare admin, retail operations, logistics, etc.). * Typing speed & accuracy: Ability to complete a typing assessment. We recommend 60–80 WPM (or 8,000–10,000 KPH) with 95% accuracy for sustained high‑volume workloads. * Excel proficiency: Comfortable with data entry best practices, formatting, sort/filter, basic to intermediate formulas, lookups, and PivotTables. * Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving; professional communication with internal teams and customers.
