Job Title: Facilities Lead \nPosition Type: Full-time \nLocation: Beaumont \nTravel Required: Frequently \n\n Working Hours: \n\n\n\t • Beaumont lead position: Primarily 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, with flexibility to backfill for the supervisor as needed.\n\t, • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for facilities staff.\n\t, • Coordinate coverage for absences, vacations, and emergencies.\n\t, • Track and prioritize work orders and service requests.\n\t, • Liaise with the Facilities Outside Services Coordinator for service provider needs.\n\t, • Ability to backfill as a Facilities Specialist when required.\n\n\nTeam Support & Oversight\n\n\n\t, • Assist in overseeing performance and productivity of the facilities team.\n\t, • Conduct walkthroughs and inspections for quality assurance.\n\t, • Provide guidance on procedures, safety, and tasks.\n\t, • Develop and streamline processes and guidelines.\n\t, • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.\n\n\nAdministrative Duties\n\n\n\t, • Maintain records for maintenance, inspections, and inventory.\n\t, • Prepare reports on facility operations, staffing, and metrics.\n\t, • Monitor supply levels and initiate procurement.\n\t, • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.\n\n\nCommunication & Collaboration\n\n\n\t, • Serve as point of contact between facilities staff and other departments.\n\t, • Communicate scheduling changes, priorities, and updates.\n\t, • Support cross-functional facilities operations projects.\n\t, • Collaborate actively with all facilities team members.\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n\n\t, • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.\n\t, • Valid Texas Driver's License, Class C, with a good driving record.\n\t, • 5+ years experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or related field.\n\t, • Skilled in building maintenance (carpentry, electrical, mechanical, tool usage).\n\t, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.\n\t, • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.\n\t, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\t, • Aptitude for understanding and executing detailed written/oral instructions.\n\n\n\nPhysical Demands\n\n\n\t, • Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, speak, and hear.\n\t, • Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and drive.\n\t, • Must exert up to 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly.\n\t, • Specific vision abilities required (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus).\n\n\n\nWork Environment\n\n\n\t, • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather, and wet/humid conditions.\n\t, • Occasional risk of electrical shock.\n\t, • Variable noise levels depending on work location.\n\t, • Crowded indoor spaces (hallways, restrooms, break areas).\n\t, • Dynamic interaction with staff, customers, and vendors.\n\t Get a complete career fit with Kelly®.
