Part of a small team, we also value cross-functional collaboration, communication, and a hands-on approach. \n \n ABOUT THE ROLE \n We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with beauty industry experience and an omnichannel mindset to join the Commodity team. This is a hands-on marketing role supporting the execution of integrated campaigns, product launches, and key brand initiatives across our DTC, e-commerce, retail, social, CRM, influencer, PR, and other consumer touchpoints. \n The ideal candidate has experience working within beauty, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, or a related premium consumer category and understands how a brand comes to life across both digital and physical retail environments. \n You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Sales, Retail, Product Development, Operations, and other cross-functional partners to bring campaigns and launches to life. You’ll help translate marketing plans into clear timelines, deliverables, and executional plans while ensuring teams remain aligned and projects stay on track. \n This is an ideal opportunity for a mid-level beauty marketer who is ready to take on greater ownership and visibility within a growing global fragrance brand. \n \n RESPONSIBILITIES \n\n • Omnichannel Execution: Help ensure campaigns and product launches are consistently translated across digital and physical consumer touchpoints.\n, • Campaign & Launch Calendars: Build and maintain detailed marketing calendars, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.\n, • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Sales, Retail, Product Development, Operations, and Logistics to move initiatives forward.\n, • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across DTC, e-commerce, retail, social, CRM, influencer, PR, and other relevant channels.\n, • Product Launches: Support cross-functional go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, ensuring marketing, creative, digital, retail, and operational teams are aligned.\n, • Asset & Deliverable Management: Coordinate creative assets, copy, product information, pricing, launch dates, promotional details, retail requirements, and other key marketing inputs.\n, • Retail & DTC Marketing: Support initiatives designed to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across Commodity’s direct-to-consumer business and retail partners.\n, • Process & Workflow: Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows, communication, and processes as the brand continues to grow.\n, • Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on campaign and launch progress, proactively flagging risks, delays, and dependencies.\n, • Post-Campaign Support: Assist with gathering campaign results and insights to help inform future marketing initiatives.\n\n \n QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS \n\n • 4-6+ years of marketing experience, preferably within beauty, fragrance, skincare, cosmetics, or a related premium consumer category.\n, • Experience working across omnichannel marketing, with exposure to both DTC/e-commerce and physical retail.\n, • Experience supporting 360-degree integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.\n, • Strong understanding of how channels such as e-commerce, retail, social, CRM, influencer, PR, and paid media can work together to support a cohesive brand experience.\n, • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.\n, • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.\n, • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both creative and operational teams.\n, • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate challenges, follow up on outstanding items, and keep initiatives moving.\n, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.\n, • Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms.\n, • Genuine passion for beauty, fragrance, branding, and consumer marketing.\n\n \n BENEFITS & PERKS \n\n • Hybrid work schedule\n, • Monday through Friday\n, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance\n, • 401(k) plan\n, • Paid sick time\n, • Paid company holidays\n, • Company closure from December 24 through January 1\n, • Summer Fridays\n, • Employee discounts and additional company perks\n\n \n The anticipated compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 based on qualifications, experience, skill set, and other business-related factors.
