As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll support those connections by serving as a primary contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and client satisfaction. Working closely with the Director of Accounts and cross-functional team members, you’ll manage day-to-day communications, ensuring the strategic direction of the brand is aligned to projects and client needs are met. You will build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients, leading to organic growth. This is a client-facing role suited for someone organized, curious, and eager to lead in a purpose-driven creative environment.
