Administrative Duties: • Maintains accurate records of repairs, equipment cleaning, maintenance and calibration and any other facility systems related logs assigned by on-duty supervisor., • Promptly reports any system failure, malfunction, or facility damage to the Facilities Manager, • Assists with the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment, and maintenance procedures, • Must be able to adhere to facility SOPs. A Bachelor’s Degree preferred., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair preferred., • A strong knowledge of trades- plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, tile, miscellaneous repairs and maintenance or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience., • Knowledge of the marijuana industry strongly preferred or other highly regulated industry., • Work history showing flexibility and willingness to accept additional projects or challenges.
