Position Overview: The Dentist will diagnose, treat, and provide comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. You will work alongside a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine dental examinations and provide treatment plans for patients., • Diagnose oral diseases and conditions using tools such as X-rays and other diagnostic equipment., • Administer cosmetic and restorative treatments, including, but not limited to fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and root canal therapy., • Conduct extractions and minor surgical procedures as needed., • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive dental care, and treatment options., • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care., • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and all relevant health and safety regulations., • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies., • Stay current with advances in dental techniques, technologies, and industry developments.Qualifications:, • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school., • Active state dental license in good standing., • CPR/BLS certification., • Minimum [Insert Experience Requirement, e.g., 2 years] experience as a practicing dentist (preferred, but not required for new graduates)., • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a team environment., • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Benefits:, • Flexible hours with a priority on work/life balance., • Competitive salary and collection-based incentives., • Comprehensive health, and vision insurance., • 401(k) retirement plan., • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays., • Continuing education (CE) allowance and support., • Modern office facilities with state-of-the-art equipment.
