Essential Duties and Qualifications: • Safety & Operation:, • Safely operate a 40+ foot motor coach in various road and weather conditions., • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections (checking tires, lights, brakes, emergency equipment, etc.)., • Strictly comply with all Hours-of-Service (HOS) regulations and maintain an impeccable driving log., • Hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger and Air Brake endorsements., • Customer Service:, • Greet passengers warmly and assist with luggage loading and unloading., • Provide a narrated tour or relevant information about the route and destinations., • Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues with patience and professionalism., • Ensure a comfortable onboard environment by regulating temperature and announcing rest stops., • Professionalism & Logistics:, • Maintain the coach's interior and exterior cleanliness., • Coordinate with dispatchers and tour guides to adhere to schedules and itineraries., • Complete necessary paperwork, including trip logs, incident reports, and fuel receipts., • Present a neat and professional appearance in accordance with company uniform standards.
