The role: We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO to take on the work - big and small - that drives Arch forward. You’ll act as an extension of the CEO, picking up strategic projects, producing insights from data, unblocking operational bottlenecks, and ensuring the company moves faster and with more focus. No two days will look the same. You’ll combine strategic thinking with tactical execution, moving from building a model or board deck to coordinating an investor intro or running down a legal item.
