About Jetson Jetson is an AI operating system for industrial environments. Factories and warehouses are mission-critical, exception-driven environments. Every day, teams are forced to make real-time tradeoffs across labor, production, and materials to hit output and cost targets. Today, these decisions are coordinated manually, using spreadsheets, radio calls, and human intuition, on top of fragmented systems like ERP, HR, and MES that record what happened, but don’t help teams adjust when conditions change. As a result, a small group of experienced operators effectively runs the operation by hand: sequencing production, deploying labor, reacting to downtime, managing materials, and controlling cost in real time. These workflows and the decisions behind them drive a disproportionate share of inefficiency across industrial operations. At the same time, there’s a structural constraint: the industry cannot scale experienced operators fast enough. The people who know how to run these environments are in short supply, and every operation depends on them. In payments, Stripe built the system that coordinates the flow of money. In industrial operations, that coordination layer doesn’t exist, it still lives in spreadsheets and muscle memory. Jetson is building the missing layer. We’re a small, high-velocity team (low single-digit millions in ARR, NYC-based, backed by Inspired Capital) at the early stages of defining this category. About the Role Jetson is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to help scale the go-to-market engine at one of the most exciting early-stage companies in industrial tech. You’ll be responsible for winning new customers and closing $1M+ in annual revenue, selling Jetson’s platform to leading manufacturers and distributors. As part of a small but rapidly scaling sales team, you’ll work closely with the CEO, BDRs, Marketing, and Product to refine our go-to-market playbook and build a repeatable, high-velocity enterprise sales motion. This role requires true ownership of pipeline creation. While you will partner closely with BDRs and Marketing to accelerate top of funnel, you’ll be expected to generate 50% of your pipeline through your own outbound efforts. The right candidate is comfortable prospecting and building relationships from scratch. What You’ll Do • Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, and close, • Source at least 50% of your pipeline directly through outbound activity including targeted outreach, account-based prospecting, referrals, and industry networking, • Hit and exceed activity goals including meetings booked, pipeline created, and $1M+ in booked revenue closed in your first year, • Manage a multi-stakeholder sale across Operations, HR, Finance, and IT, • Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to build pipeline and refine messaging, • Provide structured feedback from the field to Eng, Customer Success, and GTM leadership, • Help build the early sales engine including tools, processes, and pitch materials from scratch What We’re Looking For • 3 - 5 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role at a high-growth B2B startup, ideally pre-Series B, • Must have enterprise sales experience and preferably experience selling into Manuf. & Supply Chain, • Proven ability to create demand without a big brand behind you, • Demonstrated success closing $1M+ in new business annually, or a clear trajectory toward doing so, • Experience running multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative selling approach, • Lifecycle sales minded: Jetson builds deep relationships with customers that we work with across multiple functions (e.g., Operations, HR, C-Suite), • Strong communicator with high EQ and an ability to build trust with diverse buyer personas, • Self-starter who’s resourceful, resilient, and energized by building from zero, • All-in: This is not a 9-5 gig, we have a massive opportunity ahead of us.
