Position Description: Soltage’s Project Management team is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to oversee construction contract administration across the company’s growing portfolio of projects. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Project Management and working closely alongside Project Managers, this role will be responsible for managing change orders, enforcing contractual schedule requirements, tracking liquidated damages, and administering construction lender draw certifications across on up to 30 concurrent projects.
