Role Overview We are seeking a warm, poised, and proactive Patient Experience Coordinator to join our patient experience team. In this part-time role, you’ll be the first and last impression for our clients—serving as a concierge-style point of contact for patients seeking both medical and cosmetic dermatology services. You’ll support front desk operations, educate patients about treatment plans and skincare programs, and play a key role in enhancing the overall patient journey. How Will You Create Impact? • Greet every patient with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first and last impression., • Provide concierge-style service in our boutique, spa-inspired dermatology practice, blending personalized care with clinical excellence., • Support front desk operations, including check-in/out, and offer seamless backup coverage to the lead receptionist., • Communicate with clarity and compassion—in person, by phone, and through secure platforms like Klara., • Keep the reception area calm, organized, and inviting, reflecting the Bergen Dermatology brand., • Share knowledge about treatment plans, skincare programs, and products—confidently recommending services and retail offerings to meet patient needs., • Show kindness, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction, building trust with patients and teammates., • Bring a steady, calming presence to a busy, high-touch environment., • Embrace and promote our holistic, patient-centered approach to skincare and wellness.
