Qualifications Minimum of one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State Valid driver's license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan Pay Range per Visit: If you are applying for the per diem, per visit version of this position, the standard pay range is as follows per visit. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Support & Policy Servicing • Assist clients with health insurance inquiries, including plan details, benefits, and policy changes., • Provide guidance on group health insurance policies, including employee enrollments, renewals, and coverage updates., • Address billing questions, claims issues, and ID card requests, ensuring prompt resolution., • Follow up with clients and carriers to ensure timely policy approvals and documentation updates., • Maintain accurate client records, update CRM systems, and ensure proper documentation of service requests., • Process policy changes, enrollments, terminations, and premium adjustments accurately., • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely customer responses., • Work closely with internal teams, agents, and carriers to resolve client issues efficiently., • Attend training sessions and carrier webinars to stay updated on health insurance products and industry changes., • Adapt quickly to new procedures, software, and insurance regulations to enhance job performance., • Perform other tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Preferred experience in group health insurance, benefits administration, or customer service., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients., • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities., • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills., • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and insurance guidelines., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems is a plus., • Bilingual in Mandarin., • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
