Job Description Zen Home Cleaning, New York City’s premier luxury housekeeping service, is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our elite team. This role is hands-on: you will clean alongside team members while training, coaching, and mentoring new staff to ensure they perform at Zen Home’s 5-star standard. Job Description Job Posting: Crew Trainer A McDonald’s Crew Trainer is a critical part of our team. They are required to do the same things a crew member is responsible for throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked. Additionally, Crew Trainers are mentors to our new team members, providing training on each station within the store. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: . Greeting customers with a smile . Take accurate food orders . Properly preparing all of McDonald’s World Famous food . Continually monitor Restaurant Cleanliness . Ensuring items are well stocked . Ability to Train and mentor new crew members . Communicate clearly and effectively . Lead by example QUALIFICATIONS: . Ability to Read and Write . Possess Basic Computer Knowledge .
