We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care. Available shifts for the part-time on-call positions cover all boroughs. Uber account provided for on-call travel. The schedule is as follows: • Every Weekend. The week starts on a Sunday. Total of 21 hours required per week with one day as a double shift., • The shifts are 9AM-5PM.
