Role Overview As a Construction Manager, you’ll lead projects from pre-construction to closeout, managing field operations, financial performance, and team leadership with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery • Oversee complete project lifecycle—from planning and mobilization to commissioning., • Lead and mentor staff—Project Managers, Engineers, Field Supervisors, and subcontractors., • Hold P&L responsibility for multiple MEP projects., • Champion a safety-first mindset across all sites in line with OSHA and company protocols., • Serve as primary liaison with clients, Estimators, Sales, Vendors, and Department Heads., • Uphold strict quality control and compliance with specifications, codes, and industry best practices., • Maintain detailed documentation—schedules, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and progress reports., • Report on project status to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Preferred Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 5 years in construction/project management within HVAC/Mechanical/MEP., • Technical Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)., • Industry Insight: Strong grasp of mechanical systems, building products, code compliance, and construction practices., • Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors., • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX (relocation assistance considered).
