Dental Regional Operations Manager Diamond Braces is seeking an accomplished and strategic Dental Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across multiple dental practice locations. In this pivotal role, you will strengthen organizational systems, elevate performance standards, and foster a culture of excellence. By aligning operational, financial, and clinical outcomes, you will ensure sustainable growth while enhancing both the patient and team experience across the region. Essential Functions: • Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee operations for multiple dental practice locations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional patient care., • Coaching & Training: Travel regularly between offices to mentor Office Managers and teams, delivering hands-on coaching in scheduling, patient flow, financials, compliance, and leadership., • Performance Management: Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across locations; identify trends and create actionable improvement plans., • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create, implement, and maintain SOPs that drive consistency and excellence across all offices., • Training & Documentation: Develop training manuals, educational materials, and other resources to support onboarding, professional development, and continuous learning for staff., • Workflow Optimization: Review, update, and create efficient workflows to improve operational effectiveness, patient experience, and team productivity., • Team Development: Standardize procedures, reinforce best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth., • Operational Excellence: Conduct workflow observations, assess sales techniques and patient interactions, and deliver customized action plans to strengthen both patient and team experience., • Financial Oversight: Review and analyze P&L statements to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability while maintaining a high standard of care., • Collaboration: Partner with clinical and business leadership to execute initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction, operational outcomes, and employee engagement. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) with multi-site leadership experience required., • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field required., • Proven success in coaching, mentoring, and training managers or teams., • Strong understanding of dental office operations, including financial management and compliance., • Skilled in creating SOPs, workflows, and training programs., • Ability to analyze KPIs and P&L statements and develop improvement strategies., • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Highly organized with the ability to travel frequently across regional offices. SUMMARY • Provision of professional therapy services in compliance with the state Practice Act, any applicable licensure, certification requirement, applicable healthcare standards, governmental laws/regulations, Company policies/procedures, and philosophy of care. The Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy interventions in the treatment of the patient/client’s illness, rehabilitative needs, and preventative care. He/she provides ongoing assessments, problem identification and specific therapeutic interventions, teaching, and training activities. The Physical Therapist provides services in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice, to facilitate problem resolution, and thereby, the achievement of individual patient/client goals and outcomes. Plan of Treatment • Confers with the patient/client’s physician in developing, implementing, and revising the therapy Plan of Treatment, based on initial and ongoing assessments, and as required by policy/regulation. Adheres to the Plan of Treatment in the provision of care., • Initiates contact with the physician and Clinical Care Manager in a timely manner, utilizing professional judgment., • Utilizes a systematic, individualized, goal/outcome driven approach in developing the therapy plan of care and in the delivery of therapy services. Ensures proactive revision or addition to the plan of care to meet the patient/client needs as assessed or diagnosed, or as required by policy/regulation., • Initiates and responds appropriately to contact with/from the patient/client, physician, Clinical Care Manager, other members of the healthcare team, in a timely manner as regard patient/client/family needs and status changes., • Acts as a liaison between the patient/client, physician, Clinical Care Manager, other members of the healthcare team and the community in assuring effective care coordination, appropriate resource referrals, and supervision of paraprofessional staff. Provides paraprofessional staff with a personal care plan that reflects the current plan of care, as it relates to therapy. Supervises and evaluates the performance of paraprofessional staff, related to physical therapy directives., • The Physical Therapist will prepare, submit, and maintain documentation as required by the Company., • Accurately and thoroughly documents patient care observations, interventions and evaluations on day services are rendered., • Assures that interim (verbal) orders obtained from the physician are accurately transcribed for implementation and/or that Clinical Care Manager is contacted with information to obtain physician’s order. Additional Abilities The candidate will have one year of acute care or home care experience in their area of specialty. Good organization and communication skills and ability to function with minimal supervision and provide a reliable means of transportation are required.
