Job DescriptionRestaurant General Manager Job Summary The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial and operational performance. This role leads both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, maintains service and hospitality standards, manages budgets and staffing, and collaborates with culinary leadership to deliver a memorable, interactive dining experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including dining room, bar, and kitchen areas, • Lead, train, coach, and develop staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high team morale, • Manage hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations of hourly and management staff, • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and service execution, • Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs to meet financial and performance goals, • Address guest concerns and service recovery promptly and professionally, • Enforce company policies, operational standards, and health, safety, and sanitation regulations, • Analyze operational reports, KPIs, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, • Maintain a strong visible presence on the floor during service, leading by example, • Assist with planning and execution of special events, promotions, or themed dining experiencesQualifications, • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service, or experiential dining environment, • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills, • Proven ability to manage labor, costs, and operational budgets, • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Skills, • Experience in interactive, experiential, or themed dining concepts, • Strong problem-solving skills and guest service recovery expertise, • Ability to motivate and develop staff while maintaining operational standards
