Job Description POSITION SUMMARY City Parks Foundation’s Girls Forward program, in partnership with Nike, provides free, girls-only sports programming and leadership development opportunities for middle- and high-school–aged (13–16) youth across New York City parks. Girls Forward creates welcoming, supportive spaces where girls can build confidence, leadership skills, and a lifelong connection to sport, movement, and community engagement. As an extension of this work, the Girls Forward Leadership & Mentorship Cohort provides a select group of participants with additional opportunities for personal growth through leadership workshops, mentorship, community service, and career exploration connected to the world of sports and beyond. We are seeking a part-time Girls Forward Cohort Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Leadership & Mentorship Cohort.
