Position Summary We are currently seeking a full time Math Specialist for the 26/27 school year. The role of the Math Specialist plays a key role in supporting teachers with planning, implementing and co-teaching the mathematics curriculum to meet the needs of all learners. The Specialist also collaborates and works in partnership with the Math Team and Classroom Teachers. The Math Specialist ensures aligned practice within and beyond the grade level(s) responsible for supporting math instruction and curriculum development, supports rigorous and differentiated instruction, and promotes experiential learning so that every student finds success and meaning in mathematics. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY CPF is seeking to hire experienced players, coaches or teachers to teach free beginner tennis lessons to children and seniors in NYC parks. Lessons for seniors are typically held in the Spring and Fall on weekday mornings. Lessons for youth are typically held on weekends in the Spring and Fall and on weekdays from 9-12 noon and 1-4 PM during the summer. Instructors will be trained to teach a standardized curriculum and will be seasonal employees of the CityParks Play department. Our program sites are throughout NYC, however staff are usually assigned to work in their borough of residence. All executive positions require a minimum of a bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience. Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION City Parks Foundation has offered a series of low-cost USTA sanctioned junior tournaments in NYC parks for 20+ years. We are seeking to hire an experienced tournament director or coach to organize and run our 2025 tournaments. These 2-3 day events will take place at parks throughout all 5 boroughs of NYC from July - September. The tournament director will be a part-time seasonal employee of the CityParks Play Department and report to the Director of Operations. These associate teachers will either be assigned to a specific classroom or fill in for head teachers, associate teachers, and psychosocial teachers when needed to provide instruction and social-emotional support to students. Our classrooms typically consist of ten or fewer students. Teachers have the opportunity to receive mentorship, coaching, and support from the clinicians as well as academic administrators. Job Description Start Date: February 2026 End Date: June 2026 Part-Time up to 12 hours/week Salary: $18 an hour POSITION SUMMARY Eco-Innovators is a program for 9th - 12th graders that gives students access to environmental leaders and infrastructure across the City as they work to invent creative projects that push the environmental resiliency movement forward in their own communities. Students make real change as they explore advocacy tools and learn techniques to help solve challenging environmental issues including supporting NYC’s urban canopy, protecting the health of NYC waterways, and advocating for green infrastructure policy. Eco-Innovators Afterschool Program operates from February 2026 to May 2026, during afterschool hours (2:30 pm - 5:30 pm), with each program site meeting once weekly. CPF is seeking a College Intern for the spring to assist the Eco-Innovators Afterschool Program Manager in providing instruction and guidance to high school interns during program hours for up to 12 hours/ week from late February to May. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in environmental science and a basic understanding of youth development. Eco-Innovators takes place at sites throughout Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens. The College Intern will be required to travel to and from our program sites independently and participate in any planned field experiences which take place in the surrounding neighborhoods. The College Intern may also be asked to work at the CPF Education Department main office at 1234 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10029 and virtually as needed.
