Planet Honda of Union is searching for a talented Business Development Center Representative/Call Center Rep who can help our sales team achieve their targeted goals! As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
