Position Summary: As Spark continues to grow, we are actively seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Product. The Field Technician plays an integral, hands-on role in ensuring that Spark Car Wash maintains best-in-class facilities by executing a comprehensive maintenance and repair program. This work protects our equipment, ensures the safety of our team members, and ultimately delivers a cleaner car for our customers. This role will be field based, completing maintenance at the sites. You will be serving our growing store base in Northern New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. The Field Technician is expected to travel to stores 100% of the time and be on-site at locations daily to complete maintenance. This is a hands on role. Key Responsibilities: • Maintenance Audits: Ensure General Managers and teams complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists accurately and consistently., • Process & Scheduling: Maintain maintenance schedules for all equipment., • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and water system issues., • Safety Optimization: Uphold a clean, safe work environment by enforcing Spark’s safety policies and procedures., • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of parts, tools, and key equipment components., • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to procure equipment, schedule service, and manage relationships., • Installation Support: Assist with equipment delivery and setup during new store openings or remodels, working closely with the Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams., • Reporting: Document and report on all equipment downtime, repair activity, and facility-related concerns. Required Skills, Education & Experience: • High school diploma or GED preferred, • Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining:, • Electrical Systems: VFDs, relays, sensors, switches, three-phase motors, etc., • Pneumatics & Hydraulics: solenoids, regulators, valves, compressors, pumps., • Mechanical Components: conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, welding, etc., • Water Systems: reclaim, RO systems, boilers, softeners, • Preventative maintenance experience across multiple system types, • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, • Expected to be accessible by phone during operating hours and on call as scheduled, • Availability to respond to time-sensitive repair needs including nights and weekends, • Willingness to travel throughout NJ, NY, and PA with overnight travel 25% of the time, • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company's Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) requirements for operating company vehicles, • Basic computer proficiency, • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, • Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions both indoors and outdoors Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required, • Bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders, • Competitive base salary plus bonus compensation package, • Excellent comprehensive health coverage, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as ancillary benefits, • 401K with contribution match, • 3 weeks paid vacation, • Company fleet vehicle provided (can be used to commute to and from assigned home location), • Company laptop, • Branded company gear and free car washes

Position Overview The Distribution Assistant plays an integral role in making sure we provide exceptional service to our clients by accurately preparing and packaging payroll checks for delivery. Once a payroll has been processed it is the responsibility of the distribution team to ensure that over two million payroll checks per month are accurately packaged and picked up by the courier service. The distribution team prints, inserts, and packs payroll checks shipping to clients based on their needs. Location: 21 Fadem Road, Springfield, NJ Unit 10 Pay: $18/hr Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM EST Primary Responsibilities The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. (If needed), • Interact directly with outside technicians for more advanced equipment repair as necessary. Make service calls as needed for critical equipment repairs., • Assist with inventory control by conducting weekly inventory counts., • Department equipment and procedural SME’s providing feedback to management, assist with training new hires, and keep training material up to date., • Respond and send e-mails related to CRM inquiries for any quality defects, tracking queries, delivery issue(s) and can remediate the issue and follow-up accordingly to determine root cause., • Timely and proactively follow-up on client requests for resolution., • Assist with the printing and preparation of advanced Tax Distribution work. (If needed), • Research and maintain key intradepartmental documentation., • Responsible in assisting nightly audit for accuracy and take corrective action on identifiable issues along with sending the tracking files in a timely manner., • Responsible for communication with shipping couriers as needed., • Provide feedback during team huddles and 1-1 meetings., • Available to work a fixed schedule, Part-time 3 days a week 8+ hours per day at the direction of the Manager and Full-time up to at least 5 days/40 hours per week., • Responsible for partnering with the Tax Distribution team to ensure mailing of timely payments to various state/local tax agencies, providing exceptional service to clients by accurately preparing and packaging agency checks for delivery., • Work overtime as needed, especially during year-end., • Other duties and projects as assigned. Education and Experience • Experience in packing, mail room or distribution environment desirable., • High School or GED equivalent preferred., • Must have 6 months of experience working at a PCTY Distribution center.
