Job Description Position Summary A client of AlphaStaffHCM is seeking an experienced Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) Test Engineer to test, evaluate and analyze the photonic devices for market and internal quantum applications. This role will collaborate closely with the PIC design and fabrication team to iterate and optimize out internal PDK, customized devices. The test work should be summarized to debug with design team and fabrication team. Job Description Position Description A client of AlphaStaffHCM is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Engineer to lead the design, integration, and development of photonic integrated circuits with integrated laser sources. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in semiconductor laser physics, photonic device design, process integration, and system-level modeling. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving projects from concept through fabrication, testing, and qualification, with a strong focus on innovation and performance optimization for next-generation photonic systems.
