Key Responsibilities • Perform patient evaluations and submit them to the Medical Director (wound pictures and wound measurements)., • Responsible for drawing blood from patients, • Confirm you have the proper supplies for patient visits for the provider, order supplies, and make sure supplies are properly stocked at all times, • Assisting provider in procedures with direction from provider, • Provide effective, efficient, professional, and timely communication with patients, family, coworkers, management and care partners., • Take notes from provider and input into EMR and other related documentation, • Report to Director of Operations, • Position consists of traveling to various SNFs (Skilled Nursing Facilities), • Assist in implementation of Healing Partner's clinical and operational protocols., • All other tasks and action items as requested and approved by leadership. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise • Medical Assistant Diploma, • Certified Medical Assistant, • Ability to and willingness to travel, treating patients in various SNFs (Skilled Nursing Facilities)., • Experience in Wound Care is a plus.
