Job Description Position Summary The Education Specialist (ES) is the sole point of contact in helping Jobs Plus Members enroll in sector-based training, GED, and college education. The ES is responsible for helping public housing improve their education, skills, and career prospects by finding training and education partners in multiple training fields, offering a diversity of training courses that are available on different days of the week, throughout various NYC locations, and offering options in both in-person and remote classes. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for general oversight and administration of all aspects of programming and will report to the Vice President. The qualified candidate will provide leadership, direction and support to the program’s supervisory staff and their respective clinical teams. The Program Director must possess previous experience in providing services to IPV families and families with substance use disorder histories. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring all the requirements of the program regulations are met, that staff are recruited, trained and properly supervised. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • The Director of Clinical Services position requires an LMSW with 5-10 years of clinical supervisory experience or an LCSW or Licensed Psychologist with 5 years of clinical supervisory experience., • Strong leadership, administrative and supervisory skills with the ability to monitor and implement high volumes of workflows, as well as leading an interdisciplinary team of 21 professionals., • Familiarity with navigating electronic platforms such as Connections for documentation reviews., • Strong working knowledge of mental health, substance use and IPV. The PM is primarily responsible for implementing capitally funded construction projects, including the design and construction of new buildings, renovation projects, infrastructure projects, energy performance projects, repair projects, and capital maintenance projects at CUNY campuses. The land use application is the building block upon which the public discussion about the future of our city rests. The Division is responsible for the timely review of applications to ensure that decision-makers have the information necessary to make informed decisions about their communities. Working closely with DCP Borough Offices, the Technical Review Division, Environmental Assessment and Review, Pipeline and Commission Operations, Counsel, Capital Planning and Support, Strategic Planning, and the Mayor’s Office, the Sprint Team will identify eligible projects, establish clear review pathways, resolve critical path issues, track milestones, maintain high-quality data in DCP’s Zoning Applications Portal and related systems, and ensure that applicants and reviewers have clear expectations and guidance.
