Compensation: $82,500 - $101,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Deliver personalized, evidence-based occupational therapy to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction., • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans., • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored intervention strategies., • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using our EMR system., • Engage in continuous professional development through mentorship, in-services, and ongoing education., • Foster a supportive and positive clinic environment by actively participating in team meetings and discussions., • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery and independence.Qualifications:, • Experience in delivering personalized, evidence-based occupational therapy to achieve meaningful patient progress., • Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team to foster a supportive clinic environment., • Proven track record of engaging in continuous learning and mentorship to enhance skills and patient outcomes., • Expertise in conducting comprehensive assessments to identify root causes and develop holistic treatment plans., • Strong communication skills to educate and motivate patients, supporting their recovery journey., • Commitment to contributing positively to the clinic's culture by sharing insights and participating in team activities., • Capacity to manage a realistic caseload, ensuring quality care while maintaining work-life balance.About Company Join the #1 Physical Therapy Practice in Little Falls, NJ!
