    HANDS-ON FACILITIES MANAGER (On-Site - Nyack) Looking for a Hands-On Maintenance Lead/ Facilities Manager who repairs, restores and maintains properties’ plumbing, electrical, maintenance home & commercial systems. About the Role: We are seeking a highly effective Facilities Manager / Maintenance Professional to oversee and maintain both commercial and personal properties. Some admin and technical experience required to facilitate accountability and higher efficiency. We need someone who can personally handle repairs, troubleshoot issues, and keep properties fully operational, while also managing overall facilities needs. You will be the go-to person for anything that breaks, needs fixing, or requires attention. This role requires a strong on-site presence in Nyack, sometimes in NYC with the great ability to support multiple properties. Role Overview: As the Produce Department Manager, you are a key player in overseeing and managing all aspects of the produce department including but not limited to: department profitability, displays, oversee inventory control and leading the team to successfully drive business/sales.
