Job DescriptionJob Title: Electrical ForemanJob Description We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman skilled in EMT, aluminum, and galvanized pipe bending, threading, and installation ranging from ½" to 4". The ideal candidate will possess full operational skills for utilizing pulling machines, threading tools, hydraulic benders, and more. Responsibilities include working with fire alarm schematics, data terminations, and various electrical installations. Responsibilities • Bend, thread, and install EMT, aluminum, and galvanized pipes (½" to 4")., • Operate pulling machines, threading tools, and hydraulic benders., • Read and interpret electrical drawings, RCPs, elevations, and dimensions., • Install and troubleshoot fire alarms, devices, and dimming systems in compliance with NYC FA Code., • Conduct data, Cat6, and RJ45 terminations., • Wire and install receptacles, lighting, and switching systems, including dimming., • Manage condensing units, air handlers, and condensate pumps., • Install disconnect switches, End of Line boxes, cabinets, transformers, and meter banks., • Troubleshoot 3-way and 4-way switching, electrical faults, shorts, and poor connections., • Ensure full knowledge of electrical panels, live parts, and electrical safety., • Perform load calculations and understand NYC and National electrical codes.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in electrical wiring, conduit bending, and box mounting., • Experience with basic electrical concepts, wire pulling, and splicing., • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics., • Knowledge of condensing units, air handlers, and condensate pumps., • Familiarity with conduit bending formulas and hydraulic benders., • Understanding of electrical panels, live parts, and electrical safety., • Knowledge of NYC and National electrical codes., • Familiarity with AWG to MCM.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • OSHA 30 and SST certification.
