Assist attorneys in the preparation, filing, and management of all court documents., 2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case proceedings., 3. Organize and maintain legal documents in a paper or electronic filing system., 4. Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys., 5. Coordinate law office activities such as subpoena delivery., 6. Locate and interview witnesses, take witness statements, and arrange for witness appearances at court., 7. Assist with trial preparation including witness lists, exhibits, and trial binders., 8. Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness., 9. Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc., 10. Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in matrimonial law., 2. Strong knowledge of legal research databases and legal bibliographies., 3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and tact., 4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail., 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and other legal research tools., 7. A paralegal degree or certificate is preferred., 8. Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols, and court systems., 9. Experience in maintaining and organizing legal files., 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team., 11.
