Job Description Prominent private family seeks a hands-on, highly organized Property Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and daily operations of their secondary estate in Greenwich, Connecticut. This is a full-time, year-round, live-out position with a Monday through Friday schedule and flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend or after-hours needs when the family is in residence. The Property Manager will also provide light oversight and support for nearby residences as needed, with minimal travel required. The ideal candidate must possess a strong ability to work independently, managing time efficiently and maintaining consistent alignment with the Principal's expectations with minimal supervision. The successful individual will be a self-motivated, reliable professional with exceptional organizational skills, a practical problem-solving mindset, and a discreet, service-oriented approach.This position is primarily focused on property management and maintenance, requiring a polished professional who can oversee vendors, coordinate repairs, perform light hands-on work, and ensure that all aspects of the estate are impeccably maintained and guest-ready at all times. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Oversee all aspects of daily property operations and maintenance, • Manage maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, and repair projects, • Perform light handyman work and troubleshoot minor issues as needed, • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and domestic support, • Maintain upkeep of high-end finishes, furnishings, and systems with proper care protocols, • Conduct routine inspections to ensure the property remains in excellent condition, • Maintain property to 'principal-ready' standards and ensure guest ready at all times, • Assist with errands, sourcing household supplies, and coordinating service appointments, • Provide oversight for nearby residences as needed, • Communicate regularly with the Director of Residences and household support team, • Strong command of English language; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers, • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role as a full-time employee at a private estate, • Strong working knowledge of home systems, maintenance protocols, and vendor coordination, • Skilled in light repairs and basic troubleshooting, • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills, • Strong ability to work independently, managing time efficiently and staying aligned with Principal's expectations, • Reliable, steady, and trustworthy professional with strong attention to detail, • Proficient in managing budgets, tracking projects, and using spreadsheets or digital tools, • Proactive problem solver with an above and beyond attitude and service-oriented, team mindset, • Poised, positive, and professional in both mindset and manner, • Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work extended hours as needed, • Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
