Position Overview: We are seeking a versatile Foreman and Handyperson to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about delivering exceptional results in both traditional construction and handyperson tasks. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team and grow along with our company. We envision this as an entry-level role. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, • Lead and supervise construction crews, including subcontractors, to ensure work is performed to high standards and within budget, • Collaborating with our project manager to coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines, • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address any issues or concerns, • Perform hands-on tasks related to residential construction and handyperson services, including but not limited to carpentry, tile work, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general repairs, • Maintain accurate records of project expenses, work hours, and materials usage, • Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations to create a positive and productive work environment Requirements: • A desire to learn and be coachable, • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, • Ability to do basic handyperson tasks, such as, building furniture, hanging pictures and TVs, • Past experience with handyperson work, or other construction-related jobs, • Ability to problem solve on the spot to help fulfill client’s needs, • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience (but not required): • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications, • Fluent in Spanish and English Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience, • Opportunities for advancement and professional development, • Potential for health insurance benefits and paid time off and holiday pay, • A supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply: If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic and innovative company, we want to hear from you!
