Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Stock Manager based in Greenwich, CT. A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law. Position: Stock Manager Location: Greenwich, CT Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 + monthly performance-based bonus potential Position Overview The Stock Manager will oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock management. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized stockroom, managing shipments, and supporting sales floor operations during peak periods. The position requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with store teams to ensure product availability and operational excellence. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities • Monitor daily inventory discrepancies and support research related to stock variances, • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives, • Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise shipments, • Maintain an organized and efficient stockroom environment, • Ensure product is replenished and available for the sales floor as needed, • Support sales floor operations during peak business periods, • Assist with point-of-sale support when required, • Manage return processing and merchandise transfers, • Oversee documentation related to inventory movement and shipment tracking, • Ensure operational supplies are stocked and organized, • Support end-of-day operational procedures including stockroom maintenance Required Experience/Skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with urgency, • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude, • Strong communication skills, • Ability to lift boxes and perform physical stock-related duties, • Comfortable moving throughout the store and stock areas frequently during the day Preferred Experience/Skills • Prior stock, inventory, or operations experience in retail, • Fashion or luxury retail exposure preferred but not required, • Experience supporting inventory systems and shipment processes Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
