Job DescriptionAs a Member of the Investment Team, you will sit at the heart of Duetti’s investment engine – valuing deals, shaping investment decisions, and strengthening Duetti’s overall portfolio strategy. You will analyze track and catalog performance, assess risk, and translate complex datasets into clear investment recommendations that directly influence asset valuation and capital deployment. You will work directly with the Head of Investment, and cross-functionally with Deal Sourcing, Capital Markets, Data Science, Finance, and Legal to ensure each deal is valued accurately, structured thoughtfully, and aligned with Duetti’s long-term goals. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, structured finance, consulting, or similar analytical environments who want to apply their training in a fast-moving and highly cross-functional setting. As a member of the team, you will help scale our investment and valuation framework, improve model accuracy, and build the processes that support Duetti’s rapid growth. Your work will directly impact artists and help define one of the most exciting and unique asset classes in fintech and entertainment.What You Will Do: Deal Evaluation & Investment Decision Support: • Lead valuation and investment analysis for tracks and catalogs using cash-flow modeling, probabilistic forecasting, and proprietary prediction models, • Develop and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee, • Evaluate commercial durability, risk factors, genre dynamics, platform behavior, and artist trajectories, • Support development of investment policies, risk frameworks, and scalable valuation methodologies, • Prepare investment memos, valuation summaries, and performance reports for leadership, • Analyze portfolio trends to identify opportunities to improve pricing accuracy, capital deployment, and long-term return profile, • Partner with Deal Sourcing to evaluate artist submissions and shape deal structures, • Collaborate with Capital Markets on borrowing base dynamics, liquidity planning, and capital allocation, • Work with Data Science and Engineering to refine prediction models, improve data quality, and expand Duetti’s proprietary technology that supports investment and valuation processes, • Identify inefficiencies in the investment workflow and propose solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability, • Contribute to ongoing evolution of Duetti’s suite of proprietary product, valuation tools, and QA standards, • Help codify and standardize methodologies as the Investment Team scalesWhat We Are Looking For: Core Experience & Skills: • 1-3 years in investment banking, private equity, structured finance, consulting, or a similar analytical role, • Strong foundation in DCF/NPV modeling, probability, statistical reasoning, and cash-flow analysis, • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfort working with large, imperfect, or unstructured datasets, • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, defensible investment viewpoints, • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, • High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and adaptability in fast-moving environments, • Curiosity and intellectual flexibility; comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing improvements, • Self-starter mentality with enthusiasm for building processes, frameworks, and systems from the ground up, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, • CFA a plus but not requiredWhy Join Duetti:, • Shape a unique asset class.
