What You Will Do: Financial Reporting & Analysis • Prepare journal entries and work papers for US and Canada month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, • Analyze P&L and balance sheet results related to inventory, COGS, freight, handling, and warehousing, • Monitor and account for obsolete inventory, • Develop cost estimates for new and revised products, • Build corporate overhead budgets for product costing, • Partner with plant controllers and other functional teams on reporting needs, • Assist in creating transfer prices for international operations, • Support annual external audit processes What We're Looking For: • Education & Experience, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, • 3+ years of experience in private or public accounting, • Exposure to cost and/or general accounting is a plus—but not required, • CPA license is a plus Skills & Competencies • Eagerness to learn and grow in cost accounting and manufacturing finance, • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative, • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, IF statements, Pivot Tables), • Experience with ERP systems—Oracle is a plus, • A positive, curious, and proactive attitude, • Willingness to take ownership and follow through on commitments, • Adaptability and openness to feedback and new ideas Why Join Us: At Combe, we go beyond offering a competitive salary – we're committed to offering outstanding benefits that empower our employees to thrive.
