As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Business Development Manager focused on National Paint Sales to expand our commercial painting customer base across the country, strengthen existing relationships, and drive profitable growth. This role will also identify opportunities to cross-sell customers into FCP's other business units, including construction, and facilities maintenance. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys developing relationships, creating opportunities, solving customer challenges, and helping a growing company continue to expand. You'll be responsible for new business development and account growth, partnering with clients to understand their needs and connecting them with solutions that create long-term value.
